Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Whitcomb Regenerative Livestock Farm website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the limitations described below.

Staging notice: Final production language requires owner review before launch.

Farm-development information

RLF is currently a farm in development. The website may discuss planned livestock enterprises, acreage models, grazing systems, infrastructure, certifications, markets, production quantities, timelines, or future products. Unless clearly identified as CURRENT, this material describes planning, development, exploration, or conditional future activity and is not a guarantee that a particular farm feature, product, quantity, date, certification, property, sales channel, or service exists or will exist.

No product offer before availability

Descriptions of planned meat, eggs, honey, breeding stock, livestock, subscriptions, reservations, markets, restaurant relationships, or other future products are informational until an actual sales channel, offer, inventory, price, and applicable terms are published by the responsible entity. Website planning copy is not an offer to sell unavailable products or livestock.

RLF and Cricket Hill Farmstand

RLF is the agricultural production venture. Customer-facing food and retail sales may be handled through Cricket Hill Farmstand as those channels become active. Live-animal and breeding-stock sales may remain direct RLF transactions. Each actual transaction will be subject to the terms, availability, legal requirements, and policies applicable to that channel at the time of sale.

Educational information

Articles about livestock, grazing, farming, processing, regulations, land, organic certification, animal health, business development, or related topics are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for site-specific agricultural advice, veterinary care, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, engineering, permitting guidance, or other professional services.

Accuracy and updates

We work to keep public information accurate and to distinguish current facts from developing or planned material. Agriculture and farm development change with land, weather, regulations, animal needs, markets, and operating experience. Information may therefore be revised without notice when facts change.

Third-party links

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or context. A link does not automatically constitute endorsement, and RLF is not responsible for external content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other site content are owned by or used with permission of the applicable Whitcomb Homestead entity. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal, noncommercial use of site content. Republishing substantial original content, removing attribution, or using protected branding commercially requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Prohibited use

Do not use the website to interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person; scrape or harvest personal information in violation of law; or use the forms for unlawful or abusive purposes.

No warranty

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RLF does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that general informational content will be suitable for every visitor’s circumstances.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RLF and the applicable Whitcomb Homestead entities are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or from third-party sites linked from this website.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law. Final production language should be reviewed if the eventual legal entity structure, principal place of business, or transaction model changes this assumption.
